The Watermark is a retail-multipurpose building in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
History[]
In the past the building had been an H.C. Prange Co. department store. By 1979 the Watermark was connected to the Port Plaza Mall and then was converted into a Younkers when H.C. Prange was acquired in 1992. In 2004, Younkers moved to the Bay Park Square Mall sometime between 2004-2005, resulting in a northern part of the building to be demolished and the abandoned mall being split from the Watermark. At this point the building was that of a warehouse. Around 2011-2012 the mall was demolished and both the Watermark and the Washington Commons Parking Lot were both their own independent buildings, however during 2011 the Ganther construction company took over the abandoned building and turned it into a multipurpose retail building known as The Watermark.
